The council of the Town of Cambridge resolved on 27 February 2018 to make the following local law. This local law amends the Town of Cambridge Parking Local Law 2016 published in the Government Gazette on 20 July 2016. Amendments include changes to clause 3.2, clause 5.11, and Schedule 2 regarding parking regulations and driving over footpaths or verges.

Requires property owners and occupiers in the Town of Cambridge to remove flammable material and clear firebreaks by 1 November 2026.
Appoints Nichola Clarke as Chief Bush Fire Control Officer and Matthew Lynch as Deputy Bush Fire Control Officer, along with seven other Bush Fire Control Officers, and cancels all previous appointments.
Approves the Town of Cambridge Local Planning Scheme amendment to modify Clause 26 and Schedule A concerning dwelling density and heritage.
Approves the Town of Cambridge Local Planning Scheme amendment to replace existing titles and clauses.
