It is hereby notified for public information that the legislative council has disallowed the following local law made under the local government act 1995— the city of kalgoorlie-boulder local government property amendment local law 2018 published in the gazette on 4 may 2018 and tabled in the legislative council on 8 may 2018. Disallowance is effective on and from wednesday, 31 october 2018.

Appoints Corinna Smith and Charlotte Huckerby as authorised officers and Amanda McDonald as registration officer for the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder.
Requires land owners/occupiers in City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder to clear firebreaks by October 1, 2020, and maintain them until April 30, 2021.
Appoints Maureen Mertyn and Daniel Fleet as authorised officers and Amy Tagliaferri, Rebecca Kolatowicz and Kyah Pike as registration officers for the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, while cancelling the appointments of Shannon Hill, Lisa Gillespie and Emma Parker.
