Bill Johnston MLA, Minister for Energy, amends the Electricity Networks Access Code 2004 under section 104(1) of the Electricity Industry Act 2004. The amendments, cited as the Electricity Networks Access Code Amendments 2023, come into operation on the date of gazettal. Key changes include redefining "priority project" and inserting a definition for "priority project determination", which the Minister may make under section 15.1A.
