Bill Johnston MLA, Minister for Energy, made a determination under section 15.1A of the Electricity Networks Access Code 2004 established under section 104(1) of the Electricity Industry Act 2004. The North Region Energy Project Stage 1 is a priority project and comprises upgrade of the existing 132kV transmission line between Northern Terminal and Three Springs Terminal to 330kV and supply infrastructure at Reagan’s Terminal from 132kV to 330kV; installation of a new 330kV double circuit transmission line from Northern Terminal to Neerabup Terminal; and associated network augmentation.
