Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 4 October 2021 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to the care of Amanda Liston Legal, po box 4234, north mandurah wa 6210 within 4 weeks from the date of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he/she then has notice.
