Fair Trading (Prepaid Funerals Code of Practice) Regulations 2020 made by the Governor in Executive Council. These regulations come into operation as follows: regulations 1 and 2 on the day of gazettal; the rest of the regulations on 1 March 2021. The Prepaid Funerals Code of Practice 2021 is prescribed under section 45 of the Act as a code of practice that applies in relation to the supply of funeral services. These regulations expire at the end of 29 February 2024.
