Fair Trading (Retirement Villages Interim Code) Regulations (No. 2) 2019 made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council. These regulations come into operation as follows: regulations 1 and 2 on the day of gazettal; the rest on 1 October 2019. The Interim Code of Practice for Retirement Villages (No. 2) 2019 is prescribed under section 46(1) of the Act. These regulations expire at the end of 31 March 2020.
