Under the powers conferred on it by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the City of Fremantle resolved on 28 July 2021 to make this local law. This is the City of Fremantle Parking Local Law 2021. This local law will come into operation 14 days after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. The City of Fremantle Parking Local Law 2006 published in the Government Gazette on 29 November 2006 is repealed.
