Her Honour Justice Hill of the Supreme Court of Western Australia has approved the scheme to vary the terms of the charitable trust established by the Will of the late Kin Chan Sae Yung dated 19 October 2015 by deleting words contained in Clause 7(b)(ii)(D) of the Will and substituting them with other organisations. The plaintiff’s and defendant’s reasonable costs and expenses be paid out of, and be a charge on the trust property the subject of the Scheme.
