Master Russell of the Supreme Court of Western Australia has approved the scheme to vary the terms of the charitable trust established by the will of the late Margaret Joy Langton Britton by deleting the name of the beneficiary Christian Growth Ministries Inc. of Nollamara and substituting it with Perth Bible College Inc. of Karrinyup. The executor’s and the Attorney General’s reasonable costs and expenses of preparing and advertising the Scheme and obtaining approval of the Scheme from the Supreme Court of Western Australia be paid out of the trust fund.
