Under the Western Australian Coastal Shipping Commission Act 1965 section 11(1), the following offices are declared to be vacant as from and including the day on which this notice is published in the Government Gazette— (a) the office of chairman to which Richard Sellers was appointed for a period ending on 15 october 2022; and (b) the office of commissioner to which Ray Buchholz was appointed for a period ending on 15 october 2022.
