It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Northam Local Planning Scheme amendment on 19 August 2022 for the purpose of rezoning land, including a new renewable energy facility land use definition, amending the zoning table, deleting and replacing storage definitions, inserting a new land use exemption, renumbering a clause, and amending scheme maps.
