The Environmental Protection Authority has prepared these administrative procedures for the purposes of establishing the practices of environmental impact assessment under Part IV Divisions 1 and 2 of the Environmental Protection Act 1986. The Environmental Protection Authority will follow the Environmental Impact Assessment (Part IV Divisions 1 and 2) Administrative Procedures 2024 from the gazettal date for proposals currently being assessed to the extent the EPA determines that it is appropriate.
