Pursuant to s 122(1)(b) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, the Environmental Protection Authority resolved on 13 January 2026 to revoke the Environmental Impact Assessment (Part IV Divisions 1 and 2) Administrative Procedures 2024, with revocation to take effect on the day this notice is published in the Government Gazette.
