These rules are the Supreme Court Amendment Rules 2017. Rules 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal. The rest of the rules commence on 1 July 2017. These rules amend the Rules of the Supreme Court 1971. Forms under the Restraining Orders Act 1997 are prescribed as in force on 1 July 2017.
