These rules amend the rules of the Supreme Court 1971. Order 81FA is amended to include references to the Corruption and Crime Commission (CCC). The amendments come into operation on the day the Corruption, Crime and Misconduct and Criminal Property Confiscation Amendment Act 2018 section 8 comes into operation.
