Notice is given that a sum has been owing to the Shire of Dundas for 3 years for rates and/or service charges in respect of the land described below. Unless payment of $28,462.52, plus any costs and expenses incurred in the interim related to these proceedings, is made after 3 months from the date of this notice, the local government will offer the land for sale by public auction.
