Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the Shire of Dundas resolved on the 22 November 2018 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Dundas Standing Orders Amendment Local Law 2018 and comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the Shire of Dundas Standing Orders Local Law 2018 as published in the Government Gazette on 22 May 2018.
