Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 17th of december 2020, are required by the personal representative, Kim Gray of [contact details redacted] their claims to him on or before the expiration of one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
