Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 17 january 2021, are required by the executor michael patrick nicholas janscak to send particulars of their claim to zafra legal of level 10, 105 st georges terrace, perth wa 6000 by the date one (1) month from the publication date of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
