The council of the Shire of Bruce Rock resolved on 20 November 2025 to make the following local law: Shire of Bruce Rock Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2024. This local law applies throughout the district. The local government may establish a bush fire brigade for the purpose of carrying out normal brigade activities.
