South Coast Scallop Managed Fishery Management Plan 2025 made by the Minister under section 54. The fishery relates to fishing for scallops by means of otter trawl nets in the waters described in Schedule 1. A licence granted or renewed for a period commencing on 2 March in any year expires on 1 March following the date of grant or renewal. The fee payable for the grant of a licence expiring on 1 March in any year is $8000.
