This instrument is the West Coast Rock Lobster Managed Fishery Management Plan Amendment 2025. The amendments in this instrument are to the West Coast Rock Lobster Managed Fishery Management Plan 2012. These amendments come into operation as followsβ(a) clauses 1 and 2βon the day on which this instrument is published in the Gazette; (b) clauses 4 and 9βon 1 July 2025; (c) the rest of the clausesβon the day after publication day.
