William Joseph Johnston MLA, Minister for Mines and Petroleum, delegates powers under the Offshore Minerals Act 2003, regulations made under the Act, and the Offshore Minerals (Registration Fees) Act 2003 to employees of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety holding specified positions. The instrument does not prevent the Minister from exercising the delegated powers, and the delegate cannot further delegate these powers.
