In the matter of the estate of Robert Kevin Ellis, late of Jalan Karang Sari No. 5, Block C-6, Sanur, Denpasar Selatan, Bali, Indonesia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 21st day of October 2014, are required by the administrators, Kelvin John Ellis, Christina Michelle Ellis and Peter Joshua Putra Ellis, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of [contact details redacted] State of Western Australia, by the 25th day of June 2018, after which date the said administrators may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
