Jared Barnett, Acting Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 26 October 2012 and published in the Government Gazette dated 2 November 2012 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 25 October 2024. Locality: Mungari –West of Kalgoorlie. Land designated S19/335 in the TENGRAPH electronic plan. Area of Land: 1100.77 hectares.
