Made by the minister under section 90(2) of the act. This order is the public health (notifiable infectious diseases) order 2020. This order comes into operation on the day on which it is made. Human coronavirus with pandemic potential is declared to be a notifiable infectious disease and an urgently notifiable infectious disease. This order has effect for the period of 6 months beginning on the day on which it is made and expires at the end of that period.
