Notice is hereby given that Prospecting Licence P 51/3274 is liable to forfeiture under section 96(1)(a) of the Mining Act 1978 for breach of covenant, specifically failure to comply with prescribed expenditure conditions. The application will be heard by the Warden in Perth.
