Dr Tony Buti MLA, Attorney General, authorises the publication of The New South Wales Bar Association Professional Standards Scheme submitted by the Professional Standards Council of New South Wales. The Scheme commences on 1 July 2025 and remains in force for 5 years unless revoked, extended, or its operation ceases as specified in the Act.
