Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 8 august 2023 are required by the executor, brendon james butcher of c/- hall & wilcox, level 19, 108 st georges terrace, perth 6000 to send particulars of their claims to him by the no later than one month from the date of this advertisement, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
