The following persons, having been nominated by the Minister for appointment under the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984 section 6(2)(d)(iii) as members of the Commission for Occupational Safety and Health, are appointed to hold office for the term that commences on the commencement day and ends on, and includes, 3 April 2021: Matthew Lyall Davies; Jacqueline Erica Fritschi.
