The Port Authorities (Description of Port of Balla Balla) Order 2017 is amended by deleting clauses 2 and 3 and inserting new clauses relating to commencement and the description of the Port of Balla Balla, consisting of land, water, and seabed areas depicted on Deposited Plan 409770.
