Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 29 october 2017 at bethanie fields, [contact details redacted] of western australia, are required by the trustee joseph scurria, c/- avon legal, suite 3, [contact details redacted] of western australia to send particulars of their claims to him within 30 days of publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
