Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 12 november 2019 are required by the trustee joseph scurria, of c/- mcwilliams lawyers, level 3, [contact details redacted] of western australia to send particulars of their claims to him by the 30th day of june 2020, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
