The Council of the City of Canning resolved on 17 August 2021 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the City of Canning Fencing Local Law 2021 and comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district.
