In the matter of the estate of Philip Morgan Morris, late of [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) and Section 54 of the Administration and Probate Act 1935 (TAS) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 26 September 2018, are required by the administrator Tracey Anne Thomas, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Roberts and Partners Lawyers of Suite 5a/[contact details redacted] of Tasmania 7170, by 4 April 2020, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has had notice.
