Notice is hereby given that the Western Australian Planning Commission has resolved to revoke Planning Control Area 126—Dampier Drive, Golden Bay pursuant to section 113 of the Planning and Development Act 2005, and that the Minister for Planning has granted approval to the revocation. The land required for Other Regional Road (ORR) that is intended to be extended over Primary Regional Road (PPR) Mandurah and the passenger railway to connect Nairn Road (ORR) to the east. The purposes in Planning Control Area 126 continues to be protected by Planning Control Area 176. Planning Control Area 176 represents a consolidation of the area covered by Planning Control Area 126 over Dampier Drive, Golden Bay. Consolidating the planning control area will simplify the planning control framework along Dampier Drive and will maintain protection over the subject land.
