Fiona Jane Knobel, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, varies and extends the exemption originally declared on 23 March 2011 and published in the Government Gazette dated 1 April 2011, for the area described, from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a further period of two years, expiring on 22 March 2023.
