Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 6 september 2018, are required by the executor, brett egerton barns, to send particulars of their claims to jamiesons lawyers, suite 1, lawton house, 105 broadway, nedlands, western australia 6009, within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
