Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 22 august 2017, are required by the administrator, emma caitlin brown, to send particulars of their claims to jamiesons lawyers, suite 1, lawton house, 105 broadway, nedlands, western australia 6009, within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
