Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3 november 2022 are required by the executor to send particulars of their claims to them care of gv lawyers, level 5, 16 irwin street, perth by 30 march 2023 after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which they then have notice.
