This plan is the South Coast Line and Fish Trap Managed Fishery Management Plan 2020. This plan will come into operation on 1 June 2021. The Fishery to which this plan relates is fishing by the use of line or fish trap to take scalefish or squid in the waters described in Schedule 1. The Fishery is a managed fishery, and may be referred to as the South Coast Line and Fish Trap Managed Fishery.

Sets the maximum quantity of abalone that may be taken from Area 7 of the Abalone Managed Fishery during the licensing period commencing on 1 April 2020.
Nominates approved fish processors in respect of abalone under the Abalone Management Plan 1992 and revokes the previous notice.
Determines the maximum quantity of abalone that may be taken from specified areas of the Abalone Managed Fishery during the licensing period commencing on April 1, 2020.
