Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21st june 2018 are required by the executors, gavin j miles and gerard v doney, care of supervision group, po box 879 south perth wa 6951 to send particulars of their claim(s) to them by the 28th day of january 2022, a date not less than one month from date of advertisement, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
