Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the late James John Woods of [contact details redacted] on the 13th august 2016 are required by the administrators of the will to send particulars of their claims to s. dassie, [contact details redacted] 6062 by the 8th march 2017 after which date the administrators may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
