Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 2 april 2024, are required by the trustee, susan honor upton care of frichot lawyers, po box 388, fremantle wa 6959, to send particulars of their claim to her by 6 january 2025, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
