Kathleen Pearl Nelley late of 4 Purdie Avenue, Ardross, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 4 November 2022, are required by the trustees, Karen Maree Nelley and Peter Alban Nelley care of Frichot Lawyers, Level 1, Manning Buildings, 135 High Street Mall, Fremantle, Western Australia to send particulars of their claim to them by 23 January 2023, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
