Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 12/03/2024, are required by the personal representative Victor Hatzis c/- Lynn & Brown Lawyers, po box 1114, morley, wa 6943 to send particulars of their claims to him by the 19/08/2024, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
