Pursuant to Section 33(1) of the Bush Fires Act 1954, the City of Greater Geraldton gives notice that owners of land within the district are required to undertake specified works. Failure to comply can result in a penalty of up to $5,000. The City may carry out the requisitions of this notice if not complied with, and any costs may be recovered from the owner. This notice applies to all properties owned in the City of Greater Geraldton.
