Shire of Carnarvon Local Planning Scheme No. 13. This local planning scheme comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Gazette. The Shire of Carnarvon is the local government responsible for the enforcement and implementation of this Scheme. This Scheme applies to the area that covers the entire local government district of the Shire of Carnarvon as shown on the Scheme Map.
