It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 on 10 July 2025 for the purpose of rezoning various residential lots in the Woodvale locality and within the City of Wanneroo’s Woodvale Agreed Local Structure Plan No. 64 from ‘Urban Development’ to ‘Residential’ and reclassifying certain lots to ‘Local Scheme Reserve—Public Open Space’.
